Climbing

To me, climbing wasn't my favourite sport but it doesn't mean that it is my worse though I still have some difficulties in climbing. But thanks to Mr Whiting, I overcame some of my weakness and fears and have improved in climbing.

In this unit, we learned how to climb and how to belay and each of them are important to know. We also wrote down goals we want to achieve in the next P.E class.

The last time I climbed before this unit was last year, so when I began this unit I struggled a little as I forgot some of the tips of climbing from last year. Some other people were also new to climbing so we collaborated constructively and helped each other.

We also did an activity where you are attached to other people and you are meant to get to the top together with your friends. During this activity, we collaborated constructively and thought creatively. Because we used those SLRs, we were able to reach the top together.

In this unit, I learned how to use the SLRs in critical situations!

Life in 2020

We are doing great in researching about the technologies that are going to be coming in the future. Stuff like Pen pcs, robots and holograms. I think many really cool stuff are going to happen in the future, but in the same time bad things are also going to happen. The bad things may be stuff like pollution, littering or may be wars with nuclear bombs! I can't wait to see the future because I would like to use cool and high tech gadgets!

About me

Hi, my name is Joshua and I am from Singapore! I have a younger brother and his name is Isaac. My favourite hobby is collecting souvenirs from all around the world. So far I had collected souvenirs from Malaysia and China(Shanghai). Do you like keeping pets, well I do. I have a pet rabbit and his name is Furball. Actually I had another rabbit(Snowball), but unfortunately he died.
My favourite food is carrot cake. Carrot cake is a asian dish which is so good! One of my favourite songs is New Divide. It is sung by Linkin Park. My favourite sport is tennis. My favourite movie is Transformers revenge of the fallen. I hope you have learned a lot about me!

My

In the year 2020, if I did well in university, I will be a doctor. I am not very sure what doctor I will be. I maybe a vet, an eye doctor or maybe a doctor who works in the hospital. Of course I will be in university first before I do anything. Do you know why I want to be a doctor? Well if you want to know, it is because a doctor's pay is usually high and nobody wants to earn low salary of course. And to earn high salary you will have to do your best so that the boss will be proud of you and will promote you to a higher rank. With the higher rank I will be able to get a good and pricey pay. At a good pay I will become richer and richer and I will be so happy!! And to keep in touch with friends maybe there will be a laser machine that can make your friends come to life but his actually not there. And for fun maybe there will be a suit that when you punch him he will not be injured or shoot a bullet at him he will not feel pain, you know stuff like that.

My trip to China

I went to Shanghai(China) during the holidays. When I first came, it was freezing that I had been hugging my mum's hand. My parents and I went to many places in Shanghai like museums, third tallest building in the world(Shanghai Worlds Financial Centre), shopping malls, factories,temples and other places.I also made friends during the trip. My friend's names were Ming and Jia Zhi Xuen, they are from Malaysia. I had learned many things from the tour guide. The tour guide was the one bringing us around because we are not familiar to Shanghai. I had enjoyed my trip to Shanghai.

Most people use blogs relating to money purposes (Corporate and organizational blogs). A blog comprising videos is called a vlog. A website called Usenets came before blogs and open diary came after blogs.
